Going back in time. This is a picture of Great-Aunt Alvene, my grandmother Jane's sister, with Alison in 2000. Alvene lived in Beaumont and has two wonderful daughters there, Ava and Michelle. We loved going to visit Alvene and our family loved to received cards from Alvene for every occasion. All 5 of us would receive individual cards for holidays, birthday, etc from Great-Great Aunt Alvene. Sadly, she passed away yesterday after a fall that broke her hip and surgery she never really came back out of. So today we have an old picture to remember a Wonderful Lady!
